the letters i have are;

H N L L I A and BLANK

hillae - a form of sea urchin.... look it up to make sure.

if you need an "E" ending word, you could go with "handle", using the blank as a D...however, "anthill", using the blank as a "T", would give you a bingo...or if Nibblet's answer (hillae) is good, then maybe it can be pluralized (using the blank as an "S") and you'd have another bingo...
