how come i never like doing my homework, what can i do so i do it

just like me...i actually focus more when i do it during advisory or any freee time in school..

Well, what do you not like about your homework? Is it because it's work? The subject matter doesn't interest you? Is it too hard for you to grasp? Does it feel overwhelming?

For me, it is hard to do homework that overwhelms me that I am not fully understanding. I tend to get frustrated and tend to throw it across the room. (Maybe hoping my dog will eat it... and she has on occasion... not nearly as desirable results as I would like though....)

But I find the easiest thing I could suggest if:

you won't do it because it's WORK.... is to change your attitude about the work. Attitude has a lot to do with your performance on homework. It has a lot of weight in every day life. It is a hard thing to change, and something that will suit you well to learn how to change... It is something I too struggle with.

That you don't like the subject matter, again I would tell you to change your attitude about the subject, change your opinion. Sometimes, get deeper in. find out more about it parts that might interest you. I hate Spanish, However, I am finding it fun with it... because hey I have to take it I'm not going to do it if I can't have fun with it...  So try to find ways to make it fun... even if it's something boring as social studies, history, English, or math or whatever it is....

If your homework is too hard for you to grasp. I would suggest asking your teacher for clarification. They teach it therefore they know the subject matter well. Perhaps you're not learning it in the best method for you. Every person in this world is different to a certain degree. (To a certain degree we're exactly the same...) People learn in different ways. Maybe there is another way she can show you or tell you that you might find easier to learn.

If the amount of work is overwhelming you then I suggest learning how to manage time. Break it up into sections with breaks between. I know, how school work can be, being a pretty much life long student. It can come all at once... and be bearing down on you and you don't know what you need to do first, so you just don't. To a certain extent you have to practice, Out of sight out of mind, and work on 1 thing at a time not worrying about the other things until that is done. Don't try to do them all at once because you'll just fail at all... Take a break between the tasks so your mind can well, refresh.

I know this sounds like a rant, but without knowing what kind of exact problem you are having it is hard to give best advice. But I tried to think of the best reasons I could think of why someone wouldn't do their homework. (or want to.)
