Help my phone please asap!?

Question

I was texting and my hands were wet (stupid I know) and some watermessed upmy phone! I have the juke and When I try and text it like flickers to my previous texts. I have used a hairdreyer and now i took the battery out and set it down. Will it work? I need it because I am going on a trip with my friend and her family and my mom wants me to take my phone! I need it by tomorrow and I have no time to go to the verizon store and I dont want to have to pay for anothe phone!!! Help please!

You shouldn't of used the hair dryer. a lot of people think it will dry out the water in the phone but sometimes it actually makes the problem worse. it can make the phone over heat and then short circuit. it happened to my laptop, the right side of my keyboard melted and my motherboard got really messed up. But what i recommend for you to do is just leave the phone off for about 4 hours and then turn it on. It worked on my dads cell when he accidentally dropped his phone in his cup of water when he was driving.
