~Help~ need driver for ethernet card!

im looking for the driver for my ethernet card. i need to know the model number and such. the writing on the ethernet card says InNet/SCS SI-50014 ... the stickers on the side say - ENC/P1.0/20e/6/256cvn US ~and~ COMPAQ SERIAL NO. : 6125 DYSZ S116
