Help please. Very Important!!

I was wondering if anybody can help me out with a list of questions I should ask on my interview tomorrow. It's an interview for a job at an insurance company and they said I need to be prepared with a list of questions. What do I ask!

Make sure YOU do your research about the company and insurance business in general-you should be able to come up with more questions based on what you find out.

These are the questions that I have come up with:

What kind of training does the company offer?

What kind of support does the company provide?

What are the hours? Will you go to client's homes or places of business?

What is the base salary and commissions scale?

You can ask about how long has the company been operating? What are the short term goals of the company or even long term?  You may also ask about size of the company in terms of revenues or employees?  If you are replacing an employee, you can also politely ask about how long has that employee stayed in the company? What about the benefits they would be offering the right candidate.

Hmm, well do you have experience?  If not, then ask:  What are the greatest challenges involved in the position?  What are your expectations of me?  Are there sales quotas?  I guess the real question IS what do you want to know from the interviewer...seriously, you don't have any questions, you would just take the job?  Think about if you had the job and they put you at the desk and said 'ok go to work...' what questions would you have then?  Also, look up a bunch of stuff about the company and throw in some questions pertaining to their business, they will be impressed!

what job? seriously. a LITTLLE more info. i have some good questions. but im not sure b cuz r u interviewing anyone or wat.
