Help please and i will appreciate..?

how can i say in my report that there is lost in our income what i mean is our revenue is 1,000,000 and expenses is 1.5M. Our income is only that bec of charity. most clients ask for discount or free consultation so we are helping them. (no need to mention that we are giving free consultation of discount.. what i want to point out is "bec of charity"

The only answer i can think of immediately is to ask your clients

to pay a small amount that is well within what they can manage.

And explain the situation that way making a profit at the same time possibly.
