Help please. math problem!!!?

Question

Start with 10 dimes, 6 nickels, 5 $1 bills, and 5 $5 bills. Take away coins until you have between $18 and $20 left, and:

-the value of the dimes is 20% of the value of the $1 bills

-the value of the nickels is 25% of the value of the dimes

-the value of the $1 bills is 20% of the value of the $5 bills

After solving this puzzle what coins and bills are left??

this is a math problem my sixth grade sister has for homework and needs help solving. please dont just give the answer give an explanation and steps. thanksss :)

Sorry, but something is wrong with the statement of the problem.  The bills alone are worth $30 (5x5 + 5x1 = 6x5 = 30).  So it is impossible to take away COINS until you have between $18 and $20 left.
