  1. I'm not quite sure what you're asking for.  The emperor of Japan is Akihito, and his wife is the Empress Michiko.  Unlike Britain, which has an extensive system of titles and peerages, any noble  titles outside of the royal family were abolished after World War 2.

  2. Do you mean "Shogun"? I believe that's what we would call a warlord or something like that. I doubt they have this position now, but I think it existed in medieval Japan.

Not sure if this helped, but...

  3. The Prime Minister of Japan is the head of government. The position is appointed by the Emperor of Japan after being designated by the Diet from among its members and must enjoy the confidence of the House of Representatives to remain in office. The Prime Minister is the head of the Cabinet (the literal translation of his Japanese title is "Prime Minister of the Cabinet") and appoints and dismisses the Ministers of State, a majority of whom must be Diet members. Yasuo Fukuda currently serves as the Prime Minister of Japan.

  4. I think they call them Emperors.

  5. lords...(provincial rulers)..? sorry,...can't help.
