my mile time is 10:49 ( which sucks, i know)

but i want to get it down to 7:40 or less, how long would it take to get my mile time down if i run a mile everyday?

( and its not because I'm overweight, my BMI is normal, and i can do 13 pull ups, i dont have very good cardiovascular health though.

  1. It honestly doesn't suck.

    It's NORMAL.

    I think if you run a mile everyday, it'll take about a month to achieve the time you want (7:40 or less).

    Just try to do a lot of sprints and learn how to pace yourself.  

    As long as you keep running and running, you'll get your time lower in no time.
