  1. He won't get sick, i suggest you get him some water and rinse his mouth.

  2. There is very little you can do now he's done it.  Make sure he drinks plenty of water and if he does start being sick/has diarrhoea then take him to a GP or A&E  and tell them what happened.

I doubt very much that he will be very ill but keep an eye on him for the next 24hours. If he hasn't become ill during that time then it's unlikely he will be.

Food poisoning usually becomes apparent about 4-6 hours after the food culprit has been eaten.

  3. Most likely he won't get sick as most turkeys do not actually carry salmonella bacteria.  However some do and the resulting food poisoning can be extremely debilitating.  In the case of a baby it could prove fatal in a short period of time.  You should call the baby's pediatrician to see how concerned you should be,  what the first symptom for a baby would be (I suspect it will be vomiting and a fever), and if there is anything you should be doing until you know if he will get sick.  The onset is quite rapid and baby needs immediate medical care if he gets sick.

  4. He might get sick. Wash his hands, make him drink lots of water, and keep an eye on him for a few days. Chances are he'll be fine.
