Help question abt p***s and testicles...?

ok my p***s and sack have like these skin colored bumps but they arent really bumps there like flat and there the same color as my p***s and sack and there all over are they normal? they dotn itch or burn theres no problem with them and im a virgin idk what they are i just need to know?

  9. It could be areas where hair will grow out. Freckles? Acne (I hope not) But most likely where hair will grow.
