I go running about everyother day. Between 2.75 and 3 miles.I'm 14 and run a 6.07 mile and want to do x-country nextyear. I was running today and the heat index was 95*F. And Ihad to stop and walk!!!! I did this after about 2.25 miles or so.What can I do to be able torun in the summer. The heat is theproblem. I haven't slacked on training or anything :)thank you!
