  1. Here is what I write:

    Dear Parents,

I have had a wonderful year working with you and your children!  Now that the year is coming to an end, I wanted to have a celebration to show the children how far they have come.  We are having a preschool graduation on Tuesday May 29th from 10:30 to 10:50 and we would love for you to join us!  The graduation will be held in the meeting room and will be followed by a celebration in the classroom until 11:45.   Feel free to bring cameras and video cameras, we want this to be a memorable day!  Hopefully we will see you there!

    I hope this helps!

  3. I think this letter is a formal letter so I suggest to use formal words with good gramatical.  Also the letter form should be  paid attention.
