Question:

Help swim diet.?

i eat about half of a meal before i go to my practice, but then after i come home im soooooooo hungry and i feel like if gained all the calories i just burned from eating after practice. do u have any ideas or tips and why am i so hungry when i get home from a 1hr 30 min practice

  1. its okay because i do swimming lessons somewhere and i always get hungry after swimming what i do is eat as much as i want and im once 102 pounds now im 100 pounds its pretty simple dont worry about not eating dont eat more then u can eat though try to make it resonable

    or just eat before pratice and itll make u feel weird but i think its a better plan, remeeber muscle are heavier then fat it might be muscles u have ^^

  2. eat a good sized bowl of pasta or somethnig with carbs. eat it like an hour before then have a nic esnack when you get back. That what i do and i swim 7 times a week.

  4. Pick carefully what you eat if you have sensitivities to some foods avoid them. The best I can give you is what I do I eat nuts and a small amount of carbs (I have a hard time digesting them personally). White carbs are also good and try to eat 45 min before practice or 30 at the very least.

    Protien is always a good thing and white meat is generally best.Oh and vegatables :-)

    Hope this helps I have to many digestive issues to know for sure if this works for others
