Help with Direct Tv Remote??

We had the older Tivo Direct Tv remote, it was black from a few years ago, and I lost it. We moved today and Direct Tv came to connect at new address and left a White Remote, I wonder if this can work somehow?? Is there a code or something special I need to do to get it to work? Please help me<<<Thanks!!!

We just had the same thing done. The Direct TV Technician should have programmed your new remote for you....then he should have demonstrated it for you. If he didn&#039;t, call Direct TV Technical and they will walk you through it.

You have to turn on the receiver.If its green on the button its on.If its red its off.( You can change around the remotes to different TVs that have DirecTV! )
