Help with Xmas shopping!!?

I need help finding a good Christmas gift for my cousin!! He asked for just money, but I think that's too impersonal to give him. He's 13, and usually seems to like gifts such as RC cars, tools, and electronics (last year, he got a PSP and LOVED it). Any suggestions??
