Help with a broken CD drive!!!?

my cd drive wont open. how can i fix it???

did you buy insurance for you computer???if you did then check your receipt and if you insurance has not expired then they will give you another one at the store you bought it at

If its brand new... return it. Or you can get a small paper clip and look for the little pin hole onbezelfront bezal on the cd player.

look for a small pin hole take a needle stick it in the hole it should open this may fix your problem

Go to My Computer>right click cd drive>the context menu >Eject.

A paper clip in the small hole in your cd drive compartment will do, how ever, you might have a small problem here." The autorun wizard"
