Help with a friends sister?

ok i was over my freinds house and his sister was all over me and i was all over her when she was with me. She sais she loves my because we almost kissed but i knew to stop right there because it was disrespectful to do it in his house especially with his mom and dad in the house. Ever since i have left i cant stop thinking about this girl i don't know if it's love or not, but should i have a relationship with a friend's sister?

otherwise it's fine. i'm not sure i approve of use of the word "love" so flippantly. but that's a different issue.

As for dating a friends sister, as long as everyone is cool with it, why not. My sister married my brothers best friend and they all hang out and get along great!

Theirs nothing wrong with a friends sister, as long as he is ok with it or you won't loose his friendship over it.  Don't sound very old either so it's probably an infatuation.  Is this girl the first one you "almost" kissed? If yes their will be plenty more in the future!!!!
