Help with a passport?

My friend wants to renew her passport hers runs out in a few months time, but the problem is she owes alot of money and has CCJ`s against her, is she able to renew her passport with CCJ`s, she asked me, but I don`t know so I thought it would be best to ask on here, if anyone knows, thanks.

You don't have to answer any questions regarding financial circumstances or otherwise. Just your name, address, date of birth etc will be needed.  Get a form from the post office and see for yourself.

Yes. As long as she has the money to pay for the passport it won't matter what her credit history is because you don't get a passport on credit.

CCj's urr not an issue. As long as yer friend can produce a wee pictograph that looks similar to her last pasport one, there will be nae problem. The passport folk urrnae interested in yer private life. They only want tae ensure that ye urr who ye say ye urr!!!

Of course she can. Her credit history has no bearing on whether she can apply for a passport or not.

Passports have nothing to do with your financial situation. It has to do with citizenship. Accordingly, the passport will be issued if she proves she has the right to a passport. Her CCJ's will not be considered.
