Help with a windows Xp Problem.?

WHen I go click on install windows updates it says:

Network policy settings prevent you from using this website to get updates for your computer.

WHat could be causing that?

I would suggest contacting Microsoft Update Support about this issue, it might be an issue with the website itself, or something with your computer administrator settings.

Microsoft support should be able to walk you through the problem very easily through Email.
