Make the deal, I like the deal you are making. Ultey's defense is the weakest part of his game, though he's improving. At the plate, he has a few more struggles against southpaws. Ian Stewart's defense is an issue, since his actions are a little too stiff for the hot corner. Must reduce his number of strikeouts. Manny Ramirez is phenomenal pure hitter. Owns a rare combination of batting eye, power, patience, and clutch ability. Seems to see things in slow motion and never loses his cool at the dish. BJ Upton is a true five-tool talent, he has growing power, great speed, a lightning-quick bat, great range and a cannon for an arm in center field. Furcal can disrupt the opposition with his speed and genuine base-stealing ability. He's good defensively and owns a powerful arm. Hits the ball on the ground and loves to go the other way.

Manny alone would be great. You're making a sacrifice giving up Utley, but I think Manny's doing great right now and Furcal is only on the DL for 10-15 days. Upton's pretty good. I'd say make the trade. Hope I helped! :)
