how do i do this problem i am having trouble because its in exsponail notationhow many grams are there in 7.4 * 10^23molecules of AgNO3

  1. First we must get the moles

    7.4 x 10^23 / 6.02 x 10^23 =1.23

    Now we can get the grams :

    molar mass AgNO3 = 169.88 g/mol

    1.23 mol x 169.88 g/mol =208.9 g


  2. 7.4x10^23 molecule / 6.022x10^23 molecules per mole = 1.23 mol

    1.23 mol x 169.89 g/mol = 209 g (210g to 2 sig. fig.)
