I have install and dvd decoder call CinePlayer DVD Decoder Pack For Windows XP. after I upgrade the Media Player. it doesn't work and said that it need to Install and dvd decoder

  1. Have you tried uninstalling it then reinstalling the software. Did you get the CinePlayer DVD decoder software from the Roxio website.
