Help with internet connection !?

its fine until i start to download and it flickers i cant downloading something without loosing the connect at least twice !

its so frustrating

im using a laptop on a wireless network

If your laptop has Ethernet, try connecting to your internet via that.

If it works like that, you can be pretty sure its either a problem with your router or your laptop.

What are you downloading? From utorrent or Limewire, or just downloading in general from websites. I never have a problem with my connection until i start peer to peer downloads, where my connection is dumped occasionally. I think my ISP might be getting slitchy about me using peer to peer as some ISP's are clamping down on it.
