Help with my Kodak camera???!!!

I just bought a kodax 7.2 mp easyshare red digital camera today, I have installed the software and installed picasa but when I plug it in my comp it does reconize it. Picasa AND the kodak software is only letting me import pic from my comp not from the camera how do I solve this???

I think you will have a option to do the same in the software you use..
