Help with my PSP?

Alright, well I have a new PSP. Its 6 months young and it wont connect to the internet anymore. It just flops and says that it timed out trying to obtain the IP address. Is there anything that I can do to make it connect? I have reset it at least three different times. Is there anything?

wifi hotspots are usually blocked from public use, so i can only recommend to enter the network details of the network u want to use manually. for this u will need to beg some keys from the maintainer. using scan and automatic settings is not so reliable.
