Help with my blackjack plz?

ok i have a blackjack and it wouldn't charge normally like it should and i want to but some more music on it but i can't use the spot where its sapose to charge so how can i get my music off my computer without it?13 and need help

i have the curve and it works fine but you should really take it to where you got it and see whats wrong.

Ive been having several problems with mine as well but i think most of these can be fixed or by passed by downloading a registry edit program.there is a good free one you can download directly to your phone thats called PHM registry editor.This is a very powerful program so i would recommend studying this approach very carefully before using this as you could also brick your phone (as in make it a paperweight)or you could just return it for a new one.......
