Help with my sweet 16?

Question

Im having a sweet 16 at the end of august and I really like Wizard of Oz theme for my party. I like it because its original and no one i know has done it before. the only thing is that i dont know what to have for centerpieces or decorations. I was thinking that every table would be a different place in Oz and my table would be emerald city. Im just not sure what to have on the tables. I want to do something nice and not expensive but not over the top. Do you think I can do that?

invite more girls then boys and have a dj good drinks and good food and let your party last at least 3 - 4 hours and have a good time.

instead of red carpet look for yellow fabric and make it the yellow brick road

then make your color pallet be powder blue and white and occasionally have some red

you could have characters like tin man or cowardly lion statues as centre peices. There are also casting agents who have dwarfs on their books so you could have your guests served by munchkins. (i do not mean to offend by that x) i just know a few vertically challenged people who work in theatre and do little gigs now and again.
