it says list the names and numbers of three business/work references who are not related to you and are not previous supervisors, if not applicable list three school or personal references ,

does that mean i cant list co-workers or bosses or just bosses also ideas on who to list

No, they don't want any bosses, and they don't want anyone who is a direct relative of you.

However, it sounds like co-workers would be acceptable, as would professors or teachers from your school as well as a personal friend or two.
