  1. You need to learn touch on the ball....what I mean is go to a basketball court and practice setting into the net.....start short then the foul line then move towards the 3 point  line...this will work but feel and distance..

a slide is a back set that is like setting a 31 (forward) a split is split was like a combo play so your setting a 2 but its between the middle and left front...a hut in my team was a back row attack...from position 6 but some teams do it differently, you need to check with your starting setter

  2. One simple tip to do when setting the middle is try to jump set...If you are not that advances try to contact the ball high in the air...keep your arms extended so the ball has a small distance to travel from your hand to your middles, therefore limiting the chance of error

  3. well i love playing volleyball and i don't really like setting to send the ball you will need to push through and point your fingers where you wont the ball to be...and the more you practice the better you will get the angles and the distance!! i hope that will work for you! :D

  4. well you should set to the front middle then she will spike it

  5. For setting accuracy try to set into a basketball net, while standing in diffrent postions.

Watch where the hitter is and practice, practice, practice!

    (* repeat 89485098 more times lol* :)

  6. u should tell the other front row people that u r having a hard time when it comes to getting the ball to one of them. ask them to yell out either outside, middle or right. it helps during the game. for a slide u need to set it right above the net. the person that is going to hit the slide better be right there and ready to attack the ball. hope this helps.

  7. have a good relationship with all the hitters, first and foremost, you want to be able to know what their strengths are so you always aim for that, and what their weaknesses are so you avoid it.

use your wrists for quick sets and for larger sets use your entire arm, do loads of wrist exercises and work your delotids all the time.

for a 2 just think, a few feet over the net and for a 1 put it right atop the net, so the middle can come and smash it.

  8. try a dif posistion if ur bad at setttin
