I have regionals coming up. My pr for the 1600 is 4:55. My pr for the 3200 is 11:14. I really want to get a great 3200 time, because I haven't ran it in a while and I really think I have improved. What do you think I should aim for? And i mean besides breaking 11. I think I am capable of a lot more than just a 10:50 something 2 mile with? a 4:55 mile. I got pretty good endurance. Some help here
