Help with western saddle?!?

Okay i have a english saddle and was looking for a western saddle on ebay and saw one that was a really good price so i was wondering what size i was in a western saddle im in a 16.5 im english but i dont know for western helpp!

Go down 2 inches for your seat size.

i.e. if you ride a 16.5 english, look for a 14.5 western...although I believe anything under 15" is considered a child's saddle...you would probably be okay with a 15.

If you don't want to buy a youth saddle, you'll have to go with a 15" western seat.  More importantly, have you made sure you know the tree size you'll need?

You'd be a 14.5" seat size.  BUT I'd pass that saddle buy.  It's not made in the USA and I'll betcha it's probably not that comfy to ride in and won't hold up very well.

This was the ONLY 14.5" seated Circle Y I could see on ebay at the moment.

I think a size 15'' or 15.5'' would work for you.  Since you have a morgan, I would go with either regular or semi quarter horse bars.

edit:  If you could post a picture of the saddle you are looking at, then that would help.  Then we could tell you what we think.

edit:  Thanks for posting the picture.  Does it have a brand on it?  I would look for a saddle that has a brand on it, because they are normally better quality.  I would look for these brands:  Billy Cook, Crates, and Circle Y.  These are the nice saddles.  The saddle you posted doesn't look like it is good quality.  If you look at these brands you will see nice saddles, but they will be more expensive.
