Help with work issues?

I am an instructor for safety classes and I have been the lead for 10 years. I have recently hired a new assistant under me and am helping to train her. My boss asked me to teach a class at another facility. He then asked the assistant to be the lead instructor and never told me. She told me she is, and when I confirmed this with him he told me he would have to discuss later. I feel that he was very disrespectful to me. what do you think?

Are you full time at the other facility?  Is that other person taking your job for ever?  Or was it just at the moments while you are away?

Sorry.  Hope that you can sit down and thrash this out.  From your side of the story it certainly seems unjust.

Proverbs in the Bible says that a fool listens to one side of the story and makes a judgment.  I could not give you a sensible judgment without hearing the other side of the picture.  Nor can you.  Wait and see what the other side IS and then go to war if necessary.
