Help!keep house cool,how?

waht can i do i have nbo a/c and the fans just throw hot air at me and its relaly hot.

will putting ice fillled cups around the house make it cool? are there any tricks like that taht really work?

Keep your rooms dark avoid turning on lights and oven anything to omit heat will make the place hot, keep all the windows closed and the blinds closed, if you get 2 fans blowing the opposite directions they will keep the air circulating , drink plenty of water , take frequent showers to lower the body temperature or go into a cooling centre for a few hours until the sun sets .
