Hey, any Japanese people here!?

I just finished watching a Japanese film, battle royale, which despite being highly disturbing has made me want to know more about the fascinating country.

Tell me what politics and stuff is like at the moment; its not really killing every minute, is it?

  1. I watched that film too but I'm not Japanese. I just want to say that I agree that the film was really disturbing. I just hope that our world does not turn into something like that.

  2. In many countries, govermental authorities will not allow that kind of movies.

They could make that film because everybody even 6 years old children tell it is just a fiction and will never happen in Japan, very safe country.

  3. No, it's not like that AT ALL in Japan.

Japan is relatively safe since owning a gun is illegal. (Except some registered hunting rilfes with a licensed owner is okay, I think.)

Crimes do happen but the movie is... a fiction.

Read about Japan in wikipedia or something. It's just way too much to type about it.
