i actually downloaded the gmail application but its still not connecting after i log in, maybe because the APN as u said, but where can i get the APN and what is the username and password for it?!

is there any office programme i can get for free (but not as trial!)?

good way to have your question deleted....if you go to his profile you will see that he has allowed email...click on it and then ask your question....its called chatting and even i am at risk for violation with this answer but i just thought i would help you out
