Hey Just Kinda Wondering?

Ok well we are ttc and well i know that you have to try for a year and if nothing then then i have to go get checked but what i wanted to know is how long it took you to get prego like 2 mo or what and if you did anything to help ya know.. my hubby and I have been trying for going on 6 mo and we would really like to have a baby or 2 thank you for you answers i also have a Q have you or any of your friends family ever took a pregnancy test the day after you should have started and it be - and you still not started for 3 more days(so 4 days late) and been pregnant?? thank you for you answars

Well I can answer the first part of your question.  It took us 6mos to conceive our daughter and then 10mos to conceive second pregnancy (ended in miscarriage in March)  We are now in cycle #4 with AF expected tomorrow (hoping not!!) of TTC after the miscarriage.  It all takes time!!  We didn't do ANYTHING different the first two pregnancies and I have been trying many things this third time around.  If no pregnancy this month, I'm not using opk's or nothing next month.....just gonna go with the flow lol!

Our fist baby took us 2 years of trying before we concieved.  We didn't go to the doctor because insurance wouldn't cover it.  We used temperature charts and towards the end of trying, some herbal suppliments.  Our second baby only took 3 months of trying.  When trying for baby #3 we got pregnant after 4 months, but then lost it to misscarriage.  It took us a year after that time before we were pregnant again (so far so good).  This time around we used temperature charts, OPKs and the month that we got pregnant, I used my diaphram to help hold the sperm in place after intercourse.

    Your last question, I don't quite know what you are asking.  You would not start if you are pregnant.  If you are asking about the tests themselves then with this last baby I got a neg on the day I was supposed to start, but did get a possitive 3 days later.  If you are asking about misscarriage there is really no way to know that early (but it the test was neg then it is probably correct).  A misscarriage after a few weeks late, you have really heavy bleeding that lasts for about 10 days.  There are some good resources below.  Good Luck!
