You need to add your 360 link to your profile in answers or put your link in your question. No one can see your page.

The best way to add contacts is going to your search page. because there you can type in age,male,female and location.

Visit their page and read their profile and see if you have things in common.

Click the Plus under their photos and submit a invitation.

You also can click on their friends photos/avatar and this is called page hopping and you just keep click on them , this helps also.

Leave comments on people page because they will come to your page to check you out and this also makes your view counter go up.
