  1. It tends to vary a lot between the north and south of britain. In the north of scotland it can snow most days in winter. But this year, in the south (here in London) it has only snowed about 3-5 times I think, if I remember correctly. It snowed most on easter day.

  2. yes...

  3. We do get a little bit of snow, but 'white christmases' seem to be very few and far between.  The further north you go the more chance you have of seeing some snow. A typical December day here in the middle of england would be 5-8c cloudy with perhaps some drizzle. If you are thinking of visiting England that time of year my advice would be don't. It's not only the poor weather, the days are very short, it starts to get dark about 3.45 in the afternoon and doesn't get light until 8.00 a.m.

  4. Yes, it does...

  5. Yes it certainly does , but it rains more.

  6. sometimes ... depends where you are ... if you're up on the Pennines then yes you could get snow at Christmas ... the rest of the country maybe not ... the best time for snow is usually in January and February but our weather is so changeable that, in the famous words, "you never know when it's coming and how many inches you'll get"
