Allora, I'm part Italian.  I've visited your country many times and I love it.  I've been studying Italian off and on for 7 years on my own and it's hard to maintain it without having someone to talk to in Italian in this country.  Bella lingua!  If you ever come to the U.S., consider coming to New Orleans for Mardi Gras.  It's like nothing you've ever seen before.  I've been to carnevale in Italy and in France, and I can tell you that the one in New Orleans is quite incredible....even more so than the European ones I've seen.  It's a great time!

There are many Italian's here in America.  In New York there is a place called Little Italy.  Sorry to say it is no longer an Italian area.  However you will feel at home and love it.

There are many Italians not only in New York but in all USA.

They are specialy from Sicilia and Napoli,

ohhh so many.  people love italians here.  there are places in big cities called "little itlay".  shows about italian mobs (called the soprano's) , movies goodfellas , the godfather , and a bronx tale.  i am italian myself and studied it for my first year and most of my family is italian as well.

America is full of them.  there are places like little italy in NYC that i hears is more italian then the real deal Italy.
