Hi i have a WiMAX

Question

Hi i have a WiMAX 519 from bell and I bought a belkin router so I could have wireless and it worked for about a day and now the internet keeps blinking on and off. The signal on the modem is fine but the lights on the router keep blinking irregularly. I thought it might be interferance from my 2.5GZ phones but after unplugging them there was no change i also checked my firewalls and still no change. I dont know a lot about computers so could you dumb it down for me :D Ps I have a win xp laptop
