Which of the red and the gold shafts is better for distance and accuracy. What are the strengths and weaknesses of both? which would you choose?

  1. I have the 2 wood with the gold shaft. It is for slower golf swings and helps with control. The red shaft is for faster golf swings and a higher level of play.
