Hiding specific pics in one album?

I wanted to get into the album covers that some layout sites are offering now. I'm figuring I have to add the album cover to the album (obviously). But, I want to be able to hide just that one picture. I currently have 25 albums on my MySpace (I've had the account for over 4 years and very rarely delete any pics), so I don't like making a new album unless there's a new occasion or whatever. Is there any way to do this?

Just upload it, make it as your album cover, and then delete it.
