High school exchange programs?

Question

I am a high school student from New Zealand and I want to go on a short term (a month) exchange to America. Does anyone know of any programs that might be suitable??

I would recommend the first two over the last one, as i just got the third off of a Google search, but the first two are defiantly legit.

Youth For Understanding and American Field Service were the exchange programs around when I was involved with this. You may want to check them out.
