  1. Colleges mostly look at your transcripts and your scores on your ACT test.  Nowadays, however, some schools require more then just a good ACT score.  Recommendations, community service, ect.  If you plan on going to a junior college, then your ACT scores are virtually useless.  After two years there, a four year university will usually base you're performance in junior college as the test to whether or not they accept you.

Your senior year is your most critical year.  Colleges sometimes look to see what classes you took and how well you did, because they don't like taking the typical slacking senior who's jacked around a whole year and wasted his or her time.  They'll more then likely come to college and not do as well as they would if they would have buckled down that last year.

If you are good at volleyball, consider getting your GPA a little higher and improving your skills, that's a great combination that could lead to a scholarship.
