High speed connections?

What type of high speed connection to use to connect 3 buildings between them!? They are 500-700 mmeters appart. This Case needs transfer speed of 100 Mbps!

You would need either coax (ie. cable) or fiber optic.

i would go with fiber, but sometimes that's expencive stuff to install, so i guess you could go with eithernet or coaxile, for ethernet you would need a repeater every 100 meters, listen to the 5-4-3 rule.

You really have 2 options.  Fiber or Wimax.  Coax or 100BaseT ethernet really won't work due to the distance.  But Wimax will get you close to 100Mbps and Fiber will take you to 1000Mbps and beyond.

I would do fiber and feel good about it.
