Hill reaction results help?

Question

after doing the experiment and finding the absorbances, i calculated the RELATIVE PHOTOSYNTHESIS in the tubes with:

0.5ml suspension: high light = 0.344

0.5ml suspension: low light = 0.076

1.0ml suspension: high light = 0.634

1.0ml suspension: low light = 0.154

1.0ml suspension: herbicide: high light = 0.009

1.0ml suspension: herbicide: low light = -0.055

did the experiment work? and are these results expected?

You got a clear positive effect of light intensity and amount of photosystem II (suspension).  The herbicide clearly knocked out the activity.  It looks to me like the experiment worked fine.
