Him again so annoying?

here we go again. This boy just wont leave me alone. Now we are in class and i am the only girl in there. so everything was quiet. then he just all of the sudden called me dumbfounded. he always does this everyday. but just a couple of weeks ago he used to sit by me everyday and follow me everywhere. when class gets quiet he still looks at me and sometimes has a puppylook on his face. why wont he leave me alone. then when other guys try to talk to me or if any new guy come he makes me seem like a bad person to them so they wont like me. because a lot of guys like me and he used to be one of them and now he just bothers me all the time. then he apologizes at the end of the week then he goes at it again. what is his problem.
