Give me a break JRC....there is no reason to not look for hispanic or spanish speaker to market the home in a hispanic neighborhood...maybe youve not been a realtor very long, or youve been a realtor too long....

do you speak spanish?  I am Korean and Irish, I speak broken spanish thanks to all the spanish areas i appraise in..and you know what..my fellow staff cant appraise where I go cause they dont even know how to say HI in espanol
