Hitachi HDC-756E digital charging error?

Question

my hitachi digital camera isn't charging the led is red when it's plugged into the charger i found out that it was because there is a charging error

but it didn't say how to fix this problem

so how do i get past this charging error?

i think that the best thing to do is to just get a new battery. they are not too expensive and atleast then your camera should work. its the best thing to do. hope you camera starts working.:)
